5. Pricing and Payment

Prices may be shown in different currencies and may be changed at any time without notice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• prices do not include taxes, import duties, customs clearance fees, local delivery charges, installation, or other third-party costs;
• payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms stated in the quotation, invoice, or contract;
• bank charges, intermediary fees, and currency conversion fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to suspend production, shipment, support, or order processing if payment is overdue.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

Delivery times are estimates only unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Production and transit times may be affected by material supply, customization complexity, inspection requirements, holidays, weather, port congestion, customs processes, force majeure events, or third-party logistics delays.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• risk of loss or damage passes according to the agreed shipping term;
• the customer is responsible for verifying site access, unloading capability, installation conditions, utilities, and local compliance requirements;
• any delivery date provided is an estimate and not a strict guarantee.

You should inspect goods promptly upon arrival and notify us within a reasonable time if there is any visible shipping damage, shortage, or packaging issue.

7. Customization, OEM / ODM, and Project Work

For customized products, private label projects, or OEM / ODM development:

• drawings, renderings, mockups, and samples are for review and confirmation purposes;
• final production will be based on the approved specifications;
• once customization is confirmed and production has started, changes may not be possible or may result in additional cost, delay, or both;
• the customer is responsible for ensuring that provided logos, trademarks, artwork, packaging designs, and other materials do not infringe any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to refuse content, markings, or requests that may violate law, intellectual property rights, public policy, safety standards, or export restrictions.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are subject to the nature of the order and any separate written agreement.

In general:

• custom-made, OEM / ODM, project-based, and made-to-order products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun;
• standard products may only be returned if authorized in writing by us in advance;
• returned items must be unused, in original condition, and subject to inspection;
• shipping, handling, banking, inspection, and restocking charges may apply.

9. Warranty and After-Sales Service

Warranty coverage, exclusions, service response, spare parts support, and remedy limitations are governed by the applicable warranty terms for the specific product.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal intended use and proper maintenance;
• warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, corrosion caused by environment or chemicals, consumables, cosmetic wear, or damage caused by third-party transportation, handling, utilities, or external conditions;
• our preferred remedy may include repair guidance, spare parts supply, replacement of specific components, or other commercially reasonable support.

We may request photos, videos, serial numbers, inspection details, and troubleshooting information before approving a warranty claim.

10. Intellectual Property
