We expect the same standards from our suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, service providers, logistics partners, and other business partners.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all persons working for or on behalf of Himalaya IceTech in any capacity, including:

• directors and management personnel;
• employees at all levels;
• temporary staff and agency workers;
• contractors and subcontractors;
• consultants and advisors;
• third-party representatives;
• suppliers, manufacturers, and service partners.

This policy does not form part of any employee contract and may be updated from time to time as our business, legal obligations, or compliance procedures evolve.

3. Responsibility for Implementation

Yihao Technology (Foshan) Co., Ltd. / Himalaya IceTech management has overall responsibility for ensuring this policy is implemented and respected across our operations.

Management is responsible for:

• promoting awareness of this policy;
• ensuring relevant team members understand their responsibilities;
• monitoring business practices and supply chain behaviour where appropriate;
• reviewing concerns that may indicate exploitation, coercion, or forced labour;
• taking reasonable corrective actions when risks are identified.

All employees and persons acting on our behalf are expected to support the prevention, detection, and reporting of modern slavery risks.

4. Expectations for Suppliers and Business Partners

We expect our suppliers and partners to operate in a lawful and ethical manner and to avoid any practice that could amount to modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking.

We may require suppliers, contractors, or partners to:

• comply with applicable labour and employment laws;
• avoid the use of forced, involuntary, prison, trafficked, or bonded labour;
• avoid withholding identity documents, wages, or personal freedom unlawfully;
• provide safe and lawful working conditions;
• maintain fair recruitment and employment practices;
• cooperate with reasonable due diligence or compliance reviews where needed.

Where appropriate, we may provide guidance, request corrective action, or reassess the relationship if concerns arise.

5. Reporting Concerns

Any person working for us or on our behalf is encouraged to report concerns if they believe or suspect that modern slavery, forced labour, trafficking, or exploitative labour practices may be taking place in any part of our business or supply chain.

Concerns should be raised as soon as possible through management or an authorized company contact so the matter can be reviewed promptly and responsibly.

We encourage openness and good-faith reporting. No person should suffer retaliation, discrimination, or adverse treatment for raising a genuine concern in good faith, even if the concern ultimately proves to be mistaken.

6. Training and Awareness

Where appropriate, awareness of this policy will form part of internal communication, onboarding, supplier communication, or management review processes.

We believe that effective prevention depends on awareness. Relevant personnel should understand the signs of modern slavery risk, including:

• restricted freedom of movement;
• coercion or threats;
• withholding of wages or documents;
• abusive living or working conditions;
• deceptive recruitment practices;
• excessive recruitment fees or debt bondage.

7. Breach of This Policy

Any employee found to have breached this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment where permitted by law.

We may also suspend, review, or terminate relationships with contractors, suppliers, or other third parties acting on our behalf if they fail to meet the standards set out in this policy or refuse to address serious concerns.

8. Continuous Improvement

Himalaya IceTech recognizes that anti-slavery compliance is an ongoing process. We are committed to improving our internal awareness, supplier expectations, and risk identification practices over time, in a manner appropriate to the nature and scale of our business.
